2×04: RESISTANCE
The scene of Boomer being taken down the halls of Galactica by the guards has the camera angle at face/chest level, then there’s a shot of the Chief walking behind her. Camera zooms back so you see more of her body but it’s not the same scene that’s used in THE PLAN. Then Cally shoots her.
THE PLAN
The camera angle starts at Boomer’s feet and moves up her body. They walk past Dualla and Jammer, then Racetrack. Then Cally shoots her.
2×04: RESISTANCE
After Boomer is shot and falls back into the Chief’s arms the camera is zoomed out. Then it zooms in and Chief has his arm around the front of her chest with his hand on her shoulder. Then they show the reaction of Racetrack, Jammer and Dualla (and Gaius) and Gaeta.
THE PLAN
After Boomer is shot it is a different camera angle as she falls back into the Chief’s arms. Then he puts his hand on her forehead.
2×04: RESISTANCE
Then Chief looks up in disbelief at Cally thinking “What the frak did you do you stupid psycho bitch?!?! I frakking hate you so much. When this is over I’m going to frak you up”. OK, maybe I’m just projecting :) Then there is a shot of Cally being all smug and you just want to punch her in the face.
THE PLAN
Chief looks around confused as though he’s thinking “WTH just happened?”. Cally still has a smug look on her face.
2×04: RESISTANCE
Chief is saying “No. no. no. no. no”. He puts his hand on her gun shout wound.
THE PLAN
This scene is not there.
2×04: RESISTANCE
Chief is saying “Hey, Hey, Ssshhh, Ssshhh”. Boomer tells him “I love you, Chief” and then she dies. Then he looks up thinking “the woman I love most in this world has died and it’s all Cally’s fault. I am going to get my revenge on that bitch”. Again, I may be projecting my hatred of Cally ;)

Here’s a bit of interesting trivia …. The first single from ANTHRAX’s 2011 album ‘Worship Music’ was titled FIGHT ‘EM ‘TIL YOU CAN’T. The name came from this BSG episode. And we all know what a huge ANTHRAX fan Aaron is.

It’s from when they were shooting the scene where Starbuck, Anders, Helo, Athena and Cavil have arrived back on Galactica and Chief realises the Cavil is a Cylon. When Starbuck’s rescue team returns to Galactica, an alarmed Chief Tyrol notices a copy of Brother Cavil among the rescued Caprican survivors and alerts security. The man admits to being a Cylon and is taken to the brig along with Sharon Agathon, who knew Cavil was a Cylon agent and didn’t warn them. Sharon later explains to Helo that she didn’t warn them because she believes Adama killed her baby and that she no longer cares what happens to her. – Wikipedia
