A huge THANK YOU to Tara for alerting me to this. Here is the BSG panel that the cast recorded for the BSG Marathon that aired on SyFy back in April. Only snippets of it were shown during the marathon.

NOTE: I have no idea why but they’ve geo-blocked these videos so if you’re outside of the USA, you can’t watch them 😢

EDIT (1): I just finished watching it and that was not the full cast interview. So hopefully they post more videos. Fingers crossed.

EDIT (2): And I just finished watching the one-on-one videos and that wasn’t the whole thing either. They only showed 22 seconds of Aaron’s interview. And I remember him saying he was talking to Tricia for about 20 minutes. So I assume everyone else talked for that long too. Oh well, I guess it’s better than nothing but I really wish they would upload the full interviews.

BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: BSG Marathon – Cast Group Chat

For those of you that were able to watch the BSG MARATHON on SyFy last month, did they ever show the group chat with Tricia, Katee, Bamber, Callis, Tahmoh, AJ, Aaron and Grace? Aaron took a screen shot for me while they were filming it, I drew the graphics on there and I was going to use the image to make a post about the group chat, but I never saw anyone talking about it and I kept checking the SyFy media accounts thinking they’d tease it. Did they ever air it?

I’m just happy I’m able to see them at all because I live in Australia and the marathon is only airing in the USA.

BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: BSG Marathon – starts tonight at midnight

The BSG Marathon starts TONIGHT (Sun April 19) at midnight ET (Sun night / Mon morning) on SYFY and ends on Thursday April 23 at 9:30am. Attached is a list of when the episodes will air according to the schedule on the SyFy website. The marathon will be hosted by Tricia Helfer and there will be a “number of surprise guest appearances” airing throughout the marathon.

I don’t know if they’re going to give everyone a heads up on when the individual interviews with the cast will air or if you’re just supposed to watch and be surprised. I assume it’s the latter because the whole point of the marathon is to encourage people to stay home and watch. The schedule has a new episode airing every hour (on average an episode runs for 44mins) so maybe they’ll break the interviews up into snippets and insert them in during the episodes along with some commercials (???). I honestly have no idea how it’s going to work. I would hope that they’re only airing the interviews on the SyFy channel in prime time because they can’t expect people to watch for 3 and half days straight so that they don’t miss out on an interview airing at 2am. Or maybe they’ll re-air the same interviews a few times (????).

If you can, I suggest that you DVR the marathon and then you can fast forward through the episodes looking for the interviews. And hopefully at some point in the future they will make those videos available to watch on the SyFy website or YouTube channel. And if you do watch it live, please let me know what ends up happening with the interviews. I live in Australia and can’t watch it.

Tricia Helfer is starting to pre record interviews with the BATTLESTAR GALACTICA cast that will air during the BSG marathon on SyFy (refer to the post I made yesterday about that). Today (April 8th) she is interviewing Aaron, Bamber, Trucco and Tahmoh and she wants questions. DO NOT POST YOUR QUESTIONS HERE. SHE WILL NOT SEE THEM. I’m just giving you a heads up that she wants questions. She’s already posted on twitter about wanting question for Bamber. So I assume she will do the same for Aaron and make a tweet asking for questions for him. His interview is at 2pm (PDT). BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: BSG Marathon – hosted by Tricia Helfer (w/ special guests)

SyFy announced today that they will be airing a three-day BATTLESTAR GALACTICA marathon starting April 20. It will be hosted by Tricia Helfer and there will be a “number of surprise guest appearances”. Hmmmm, I wonder who one of those surprise guests might be? 😉😉
