New York (USA) – Wednesday, 20 February at 3:00 PM
Melbourne (Australia) – Thursday, 21 February at 7:00 AM
Tyrol, Tory and Ted Bundy
The movie THE STRANGER BESIDE ME was just playing on the tv as the day time movie. I have it seen it before so I just had it on as background noise and looked up when I heard Aaron’s voice and started watching. And LOL, who is he questioning in the witness stand? It’s Rekha Sharma who plays Tory (Roslin’s assistant) on BSG.
The last time I saw this move was a couple of years ago when I edited Aaron’s scenes to put it up on the website. And obviously back then I wouldn’t have realised who the actress was.
Here’s the video clip of Aaron’s scenes from the movie.
Video Clip: Aaron Douglas – The Stranger Beside Me
Aaron and Tory’s scene are at time stamp 2:38 – 4:23.

Pic Spam – Aaron doing the ROCK ON hand gesture
I’ve put these photos in date order and as you can see, he didn’t start doing this hand gesture until ANTHRAX’s visit to the BSG set in August 2006 :)
NOTE: He’s actually doing the Shaka (a Hawaiian hand sign. Also means”hang loose”) in the 3rd photo. But I love that photo (it’s currently the wallpaper on my cell phone) so I had to include it.
Pencils2MediaMoguls: Hockey game tonight
As you may recall, the Pencils2MediaMoguls winners were announced awhile back. Tonight Aaron is taking the winner (Gregory Rosychuk) to the Canucks game in Vancouver. Oilers vs Canucks. Game starts at 7pm. GO CANCUKS!!!!!!
Aaron is also bringing along his friend Colin Corrigan to the game. Colin plays Nowart (a Marine) on BSG. You may remember him from the episode 3×14: The Woman King. He was in the scene where Helo was trying to remove Dualla from the sick bay area and Dr Roberts calls for the guards. And then Tigh and Doc Cottle show up.
UPDATE: The Canucks won!!!!!
Final score – Oilers 2 / Canucks 4

BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: Two Specials airing March 28, 2008
As everyone already knows, season 4 of Battlestar Galactica returns on April 4th and the Sci Fi channel will air two specials (Battlestar Galactica: Revisited and Battlestar Galactica: The Phenomenon) on March 28th.
I was just reading Sci Fi’s press release for the specials (thanks GALACTICA SITREP) and look who is going to be in the second special, it’s Brad Paisley. Some of you may remember that Aaron and Brad are very good friends. I wonder if Brad will mention Aaron during his interview.
‘BATTLESTAR’ IS BACK
SCI FI’s Emmy and Peabody-Winning Series Returns March 28 With Two Back-To-Back Half-Hour SpecialsNew York,NY – February 8, 2008 – The wait is finally over for Battlestar Galactica fans. SCI FI’s Emmy and Peabody Award-winning original series returns for its fourth original season on Friday, March 28 @ 10pm ET/PT with two back-to-back half-hour specials. The first new episode will premiere the following week, Friday, April 4 @ 10pm ET/PT.
Battlestar Galactica: Revisited (10pm) will serve up the essential information on the series’ past three seasons, providing the uninitiated with an introduction to the characters, relationships and spine-tingling drama that have captured the imagination of audiences around the world. Galactica’s executive producers, Ronald D. Moore and David Eick serve as guides, providing insights and revelations about the critically-acclaimed series.
Battlestar Galactica: The Phenomenon (10:30pm) is a celebrity-studded celebration of the show’s impact on pop culture. Interviewees, including Seth Green, country music’s Top Male Vocalist of 2007 Brad Paisley, and Talk Soup’s Joel McHale, and others, wax poetic about why Battlestar Galactica is one of the best frakkin’ shows on television.
As season 4 opens, the last remnants of humanity continue their search for a new home, the thin line that separates them from the rapidly evolving Cylons is being redrawn. Galactica’s crew, rocked by Starbuck’s sudden and mysterious return from the dead – and her claims that she has been to Earth and can lead them there – attempts to make sense of the inexplicable. Meanwhile, four members of the fleet are still reeling from the revelation that they are Cylons and have been all along.
Battlestar Galactica is the gripping saga of humanity’s last remnants and their struggle to find a new home while fleeing from their deadly Cylon enemies. Redefining the space opera with its gritty realism, Galactica’s intensity, issues-driven topicality, and command performances have garnered it numerous awards, including an Emmy and the prestigious George Foster Peabody Award. The show was recognized by the American Film Institute (AFI) as one of the most outstanding programs of the year two years running. The series is from Universal Media Studios and is executive produced by Ronald D. Moore and David Eick. The outstanding ensemble cast is led by Edward James Olmos, Mary McDonnell, Katee Sackhoff, Jamie Bamber, James Callis, Tricia Helfer and Grace Park.
