Tricia Helfer (Number Six on BSG) is in episodes 4×07 and 4×13 playing Dracula. All other countries with Netflix got S4 back in February.

I am so excited for this! Aaron’s first episode of VAN HELSING is airing tomorrow night (Fri Dec 6, 2019) at 10/9c on SyFy (USA). I’ve known about this since May so I’ve had time to binge watch seasons 1-3 and I’ve been watching the S4 episodes as they’ve aired. So I’m all ready for tomorrow night.
