As you can see from the screen caps from the show they built a facade in front of those two sets of doors to make it just one entrance.
(Video 2 of 3) This is the back of the building from the previous video I posted. This is the scene where Gordon Rimmer is throwing away his Lux Dujour items in the dumpster but decides to keep the coat. In another episode it is where the fight between Gordon and Estevez (played by Neil Brown Jr) takes place.
