At time stamp 00:22 that is Chief Tyrol saying “He’s got those nut cases believing he’s some kind of healer”
And there is a shot of Chief Tyrol at time stamp 00:28 and 00:34 (see below for screen captures).
At DragonCon Aaron said that with the Chief going off and having secret meetings with the other “final four”, Cally thinks that the Chief is having an affair. In the 2nd and 3rd screen caps, it looks like Cally (that’s her on the far right) is spying on her husband. That looks like Tigh and Tory with Tyrol. Maybe Anders is also there but out of shot.
